I say when you buy a product from an online store, do review it. It has its own benefits...

Last week I ordered a 5-sheet confetti cut shredder from Staples.com [tax time and lot of bills to be shredded]. I had to pay $7.95 for Shipping & Handling. It arrived in two days. After that I got a mail from Bizrate.com asking to review my purchase experience with Staples. I gave a very good feedback but also included in comments that the shipping cost is very high and allowed to share the comments with Staples. After half an hour I received a mail from Staples, thanking me for the review and refunding the shipping & handling cost which was $7.95 and apologizing for any discomfort. What a customer service! I never knew these online reviews are taken so seriously by the stores. Looks like they do. So when I suggest you review the store when you make your next purchase.
